My name is Carina. I’m originally from Germany and have been calling Iceland home since 2021. Even before I could walk, I was already in the saddle, so it was only natural that I would eventually find myself in the land of Icelandic horses. Since 2023, I’ve been studying Equine Sciences at the University of Hólar, where I deepen my knowledge of horse training, behavior, and care.

Iceland captivated me from the very first moment: the landscape, the people, and of course, the horses fascinate me every single day. Anyone who wants to experience Iceland in a genuine, personal way will feel right at home with me. For me, it’s not just about putting someone on a horse. It’s about creating moments together that last: laughing in the wind, sharing conversations among lava fields, and watching a horse instantly choose its favorite person. I want my tours to feel like a trail ride with a friend who loves to help, always listens, and ensures everyone feels safe and comfortable.

I want my guests to experience Iceland the way it has captivated me: authentic, warm-hearted, and with a touch of adventure that only this island can offer. I look forward to accompanying you and showing you my Iceland – step by step, tölt by tölt.
